The homeowner had an ongoing water intrusion in her crawlspace and began experiencing respiratory health problems while spending time in her condo. By conducting a mold assessment of the home including collecting air samples, bTech was able to identify that the air quality in the living space of her condo was being impacted by mold growth in the crawlspace. bTech was able to provide the homeowner with a mold assessment report including a remediation protocol to submit to her condo association. The mold assessment report documented the conditions in the condo and crawlspace and provided a detailed plan of work needed to safely remediate the mold in the crawlspace and restore the air quality throughout the home.
