The tenants of an apartment had been experiencing ongoing health problems related to allergy and upper respiratory issues. The building management planned on having maintenance clean a substantial area of mold growth in the home the next morning. bTech performed an assessment for the tenant before the cleaning was performed by maintenance and provided a detailed assessment report with laboratory data on the same day. The tenant was able to present bTech’s report to building management detailing the extent of the problem and the correct way to remediate it.
