- Moisture evaluation during structural drying to ensure timely completion
- Mid-point evaluation of remediation projects including the monitoring and evaluation of engineering controls such as HEPA-filtered air scrubbers and dehumidification units
- Detailed report and photographic documentation
- Post Remediation Verification Assessment upon completion of remediation activities to provide a closure report, which verifies successful completion of mold remediation
