Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
bTech Environmental Consulting conducts Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments (ESAs) to identify potential or existing environmental liabilities associated with a property.
ESAs typically are used to:
- Satisfy the due diligence requirements of a lender
- Qualify as an innocent landowner under CERCLA
- Assist in the planning and execution of a construction project
- Assist with purchase price negotiations
- Protect the health and safety of site users
Phase I ESAs research and document recognized environmental conditions (RECs) of a property and may include the following services:
- Site reconnaissance
